Fletcher is a Communications Associate on the healthcare team. Prior to joining Arc Initiatives, he consulted and led state and local campaigns on their operations across the board, including budget ?& finance, political, communications, and field. Fletcher holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from the George Washington University and can often be found wrestling with his Shiba Inu, Karma.
