Grace is a Senior Associate at Arc Initiatives, specializing in strategic communications and media relations for clean energy, environmental conservation, and climate advocacy coalitions and campaigns. She excels at amplifying the voices of organizations spanning Indigenous communities, frontline communities, and local and national advocacy groups, helping them cut through crowded media markets by emphasizing compelling storytelling to change public policy. Grace has secured mentions and coverage in national and influential outlets, including NPR, The New York Times, Grist, Alaska Sporting Journal, and Texas Tribune. She successfully placed commentary pieces in Newsweek, The Washington Post, and Anchorage Daily News, among others.
Grace has supported coalition management for several high-impact environmental campaigns, including efforts that resulted in the Biden Administration pausing new gas export authorizations, and worked with a coalition of Indigenous groups, fishermen, and advocacy organizations to protect the Bristol Bay region of Alaska from harmful mining development. Her campaign experience includes work on Indiana and Georgia elections leading up to the 2020 presidential election, and field work in Minnesota for the Harris-Walz campaign during the 2024 presidential election.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Political Science from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. When she’s not advocating for environmental causes, she’s making pottery and reading many books.
