Rachel is a communications associate on the healthcare team who enjoys combining her passion for storytelling and public service to advocate for equitable health policies. Before working at Arc, she graduated from Penn State University with a master’s degree in creative writing and bachelors’ degrees in English and Public Relations. In her free time, she loves to knit, crochet, read poetry and go to concerts in DC.
