Before joining Arc, Evan served as a communications manager at the Hub Project, where he led earned media outreach for Navigator Research and provided communications support to economic justice campaigns. Evan graduated from the College of William & Mary in 2019 with a BA in Government and Sociology. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing soccer, writing satire, and biking around the city.
