Lauren is a Vice President for Arc Initiatives’ environmental advocacy practice where she develops smart, strategic, and innovative communications campaigns for her clients and their partners. Lauren is a seasoned communications professional who has served in a variety of capacities across the District’s public and private sectors including in the U.S. Senate, at the U.S. Department of the Interior, and at the American Planning Association. Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in Political Communication and a master’s degree in Media and Strategic Communication, both from The George Washington University.

Lauren is a talented storyteller, amateur photographer, world-traveler, and pastry and bagel connoisseur. A native of Stamford, Connecticut, Lauren lives in Washington, D.C. with her cat Louie (follow @_louiep on Instagram for all the fluff).
