His versatility and hands-on approach make him a go-to strategist for clients facing complex political challenges.
Before joining Arc, Will spent eight years at the Minnesota DFL, serving as Research Director and Deputy Communications Director from 2016 to 2024. During his tenure, he helped shape campaign messaging and supported the DFL and its candidates through the 2024 presidential election. Earlier in his career, Will worked as a radio producer at a progressive radio station in Minneapolis, where he honed his media skills and understanding of audience engagement.
Will’s work is informed by his years of experience talking to voters in the field. When he’s not working on campaigns, he plays goalie in a hockey league twice a week, keeping sharp reflexes both on the ice and in the fast-paced world of political communications.
