Emily is the Office Coordinator at Arc Initiatives, bringing her operations expertise and creative problem-solving skills to support the firm’s day-to-day functions. She specializes in events management and principal management, ensuring smooth operations across the firm.
In her role, Emily has planned and executed multiple fundraisers for congressional and state-level candidates, product launch events, client gatherings, networking happy hours, and other functions. She also develops creative content to promote and market the firm.
Before joining Arc, Emily worked as a Social Media Coordinator for the American Society for Emergency Contraception, where she managed all social media platforms, created content, and wrote long-form content for their website. While at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC, she handled similar social media and content creation responsibilities. Earlier in her career, Emily served as a Digital and Design Intern at EMILYs List, focusing on graphic creation for social media and state and local endorsements.
Emily is a graduate of Smith College, where she majored in The Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality with a minor in Studio Art and a certificate in Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, and baking bread.
