Madhur is an experienced political researcher with experience building teams and contributing to strategic messaging. She most recently led the research team at EMILY’s List in the 2022 and 2020 election cycles where she oversaw candidate vetting at all levels of office, worked with campaigns to meet their research needs, and managed organizational research priorities. Prior to that, Madhur worked at the DCCC where she served as the primary researcher behind millions in paid media and wrote opposition research for key congressional races.
She also worked at American Bridge on presidential opposition research. Madhur also has experience as a constituent services caseworker for the late Congressman Elijah Cummings in his Baltimore City district office and in immigration reform advocacy at SAALT, South Asian Americans Leading Together. Madhur hails from Baltimore and can be found rooting for all Baltimore sports teams and watching reality television. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the George Washington University.
